The Kiwanis Club and Canyon Hills Soccer would like to invite all families and friends to the Annual Kiwanis Club Garage Sale at El Rancho Charter School (Santa Ana Canyon Rd & Mohler) on Saturday, September 13th. The event will open at 7AM.
Proceeds from this community fundraiser will benefit various philanthropic projects supported by Kiwanis including Ginny's Kids, (organization that helps disabled children), Mervyns Shopping Spree for needy children, Eli Home, and scholarships for graduating high school seniors. The Kiwanis welcome donations for the garage sale.

A congratulations goes out to the Canyon United program for a very successful run in the Brea Kick Off Classic!! We had 7 teams entered and were highlighted by the GU9 team winning the Championship!! We also had very strong showings by our GU10 and BU10 teams which both finished in 2nd place. Canyon United's overall record was 12-6-4. A fantastic showing for our entire program. Great job coaches preparing your players!!

Make-Up Pictures

For those teams who are unable to attend their scheduled picture appointment on Sept. 5th or 6th, there will be make-ups on Saturday, Sept. 27th from 8-10am at Toyon. Please send an email to krahlfamily@roadrunner.com if your team plans to take their pictures at the make-up session on the 27th.

Coaches,

We are passing out player cards on Monday the 25th, 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Pepperoni’s Pizza, for all teams, including clinic.

It is Mandatory that a coach or a representative be there to pick up the cards.

Please make sure that all of your administrators (assistants and Managers) are registered before the end of the day Friday.

Also check your roster one last time and let Cindy (cvbarnet@pacbell.net ) know of any errors before the end of the day Friday.

Please be advised to not leave any valuables in your car during games and practices. We unfortunately experienced an incident where  cars were broken into and valuables were stolen.

Congratulations to Canyon FC GU13 for winning the CSL Spring League.

Canyon Hills Soccer Association will be offering FREE Friday Night Academy sessions to ALL PLAYERS ages 6-12 years old to help improve their skill level with age appropriate training. Our sessions will be run by professional-level Canyon FC Trainers.

Focus of Sessions:

Technical Instruction: Individual ball control - dribbling, passing, receiving
Tactical Instruction: principles of possession & shape
